It All Started With a Smile …
As a mother of two who started as a hobby baker, my journey in the world of confections started with cakes. This led me to an appearance on the Food Network competition “The Great Chocolate Showdown”. It was after my appearance on the show where my soft brittle was born.
In my Asian culture, food is what brings people together. We share our love through food and it gives me joy to see others smile when they taste one of my treats. With two young kids who love their treats, I wanted to provide them something that wasn’t all bad. With my soft brittle, it’s not as sweet as other candies and has the added protein.
My goal is to bring a twist to your classic treats and create a truly memorable experience.

About Our Flagship Product … SOFT Brittle
When people hear “brittle” they think of, “hard”, “gets stuck in my teeth”, or “breaks a filling”. With our soft brittle… it doesn’t have to be hard. Traditional brittle is made of sugar, light corn syrup, butter and chopped nuts. In our recipe, we’ve integrated our own nut butter into the candy, creating a shortbread cookie-like texture. All of our soft brittle is not only gluten free but also plant based. With 35 grams of protein in each bag, it’s a healthier alternative if you’re looking for a sweet treat. With 7 different flavors, there’s a flavor to please any palate.
