Tam’s Sweets brittles are handcrafted in Portland, Oregon. Our confections are made in small batches with attention and care, using locally sourced ingredients when possible.

Our soft brittle recipes integrate our own nut butters into the candy, creating a shortbread cookie-like texture. All of our soft brittle is not only gluten free but also plant based. With 35 grams of protein in each 5 oz bag, it’s a healthier alternative if you’re looking for a sweet treat.
