After many sleepless, sugar-filled nights, we’re proud to bring you our very own handmade, small-batch, soft nut brittle. Crafted with care in Portland, Oregon and made from scratch with the freshest ingredients, locally sourced when possible. We’ve even gone as far as producing our own nut butter for the freshest flavors!

Our goal is to flip traditional brittle on its head to create a truly memorable candy experience. Deliciously soft, it melts in your mouth and is more teeth friendly than traditional brittle.

Our soft brittle recipes integrate our own nut butters into the candy, creating a shortbread cookie-like texture. All of our soft brittle is not only gluten free but also plant based. With 35 grams of protein in each 5 oz bag, it’s a healthier alternative if you’re looking for a sweet treat.
