Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 4-5 days for us to process and ship your order. All of our products are made by hand and packaged with care by real humans. Our goal is to get your orders out the door within 48-72 hours. Also, please keep in mind we are a small family business and not Amazon.

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we might process orders for shipment on Monday and Wednesday during hotter seasons. This is to ensure your order is not sitting at a delivery center that does not have climate control over the weekend.

How can I make a change or cancel my order?

To make changes or to cancel your order, please reach out to us at info@tamssweets.com within 24 hours of your order. If your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make any changes.

Is the credit card information I submit kept secure?

Absolutely! Every step of our online ordering process that requests credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and follows Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI Compliance). These two standards insure that your credit card information is unreadable and secure.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this point in time.

Soft Brittles

Are your soft brittles gluten free?

Yes, our soft brittle products do not contain any gluten.

Are your soft brittles vegan?

Our peanut, cashew and almond flavors are plant-based and vegan. Our hazelnut flavors are not vegan.

How long does your soft brittle last?

We recommend storing our soft brittle at room temperature with the bag sealed. When stored correctly, our soft brittle should last for 6-10 months.
